- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited. These are collected in aggregate form by analytics systems, and only if you have consented to analytics cookies.
- Data required for your stay: if you book, the guest identification details required by accommodation law.
Why we process it
- To answer your enquiries about availability, information and prices — legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
- To manage the booking and the stay, including reporting obligations to the authorities and collection of the visitor’s tax — legal basis: legal obligation.
- To improve the website through aggregate statistics — legal basis: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To send informational messages, only if you sign up expressly — legal basis: your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and, where a booking follows, for the periods required by accounting and tax obligations. Data collected under a legal obligation is kept for the period the applicable law requires.
Who we share it with
Data may be processed by suppliers who help us run the website and email, appointed as data processors. Guest identification details are passed to the competent authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell data to third parties and do not use it for purposes other than those set out here.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out. Write to info@hermannhof.it — we reply without delay.
